Do you ship internationally?

When will you ship my order?

If you order an in-stock item, we’ll ship it within three working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Typically, delivery takes 5-20 working days after dispatch, but it may take longer due to factors beyond our control.

Do you provide tracking information?

My order did not go through – now what?

We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments. There could be several reasons a credit card did not go through, and the best advice is to contact the issuing bank to see why they denied the payment. Sometimes, we forget and call in on a card that we reported stolen; it could also be a case of insufficient funds on the card. In either case, contact the issuing bank. Both merchants have strong authentication on the processing of the cards, and that not only protects you as a consumer but also protects us from fraudulent orders.
